1. Service Description

Words at Work provides a managed short-business-video service. Customers supply their business knowledge and objectives. Words at Work develops the idea, writes the script, produces the presenter-led video, applies branding and delivers finished files ready to use.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed through the live Words at Work brief and secure payment journey. Prices are shown plus VAT where applicable. Production work starts once payment has been confirmed unless a separate written arrangement has been made.

3. Approvals and Revisions

Packages include the amendment rounds stated on the relevant sales page. Once a script and creative direction have been approved, a new message, new script or substantial change of direction may be treated as additional work. Any chargeable extra work will be explained before it is carried out.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and run from script and creative approval, plus receipt of any required logos, product images or reference materials. Customer-requested changes or delayed feedback may extend timescales.

5. Usage Rights

Once paid for, finished Words at Work videos may be used indefinitely on the customer’s website, social media, in organic posts, paid advertising, email and WhatsApp, subject to normal platform policies and any third-party asset restrictions. There is no recurring Words at Work licence fee for using the delivered files.

6. Accuracy and Supplied Materials

Customers are responsible for checking facts, offers, claims, dates, prices and any product details that must appear exactly. Where specialist accuracy or compliance requirements apply, these should be highlighted in the brief or approval stage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Words at Work provides a creative production service and does not guarantee enquiries, conversion rates or sales outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
