How it works
From business message to finished video
You do not need to appear on camera, write a script or learn video software.
Tell us what you want the video to achieve, who needs to see it and where it will be used. Words at Work turns that information into the message, script, creative direction and finished presenter-led video.
The appropriate duration is recommended according to the job. A simple message may need 15 or 20 seconds. An advert, website introduction, service explanation or product promotion may use the full 30 seconds.

Step 1
Tell us what you want the video to do
Choose the main purpose: advertise an offer, introduce the business, explain a service, promote a product, answer a question, reassure a customer or support the next step.
Step 2
We plan the message and recommend the length
We decide what the viewer needs to understand, what should be left out and whether the message needs 15, 20 or up to 30 seconds.
Step 3
We write the script and creative direction
You receive the proposed wording and creative approach before production begins. You can request the included reasonable amendments before approval.
Step 4
You approve the direction
Nothing moves into production until the script, message and creative direction have been approved.
Step 5
We produce and finish the video
The approved message is turned into a polished presenter-led video with appropriate branding, captions, supporting visuals and a clear next step.
Step 6
You receive the finished files
The approved video is supplied in the appropriate formats for websites, social media, adverts, email, WhatsApp and other agreed uses.
